Subclasses of the licensed type of activity:

Technological design (development of the technological part of construction projects) of buildings and structures for residential and civil purposes including:

  • For transport infrastructure (intended for direct public service) and public utilities (except for buildings and structures for servicing vehicles, as well as other industrial and economic purposes);
  • For preschool education, general and special education, boarding schools, personnel training institutions, research, cultural, educational and entertainment institutions, trade enterprises (including pharmacies), healthcare (treatment and prevention of diseases, rehabilitation and sanatorium treatment), public catering and consumer services, physical culture, health and sports activities, vacation and tourism, as well as other multifunctional buildings and complexes with premises for various public purposes.
Technological design (development of the technological part of construction projects) of transport, communications infrastructure including maintenance of:
  • Republican and international communication lines (including satellite) and other types of telecommunications;
  • Local communication lines, radio, telecommunications;
  • Intracity and external transport including road, electric, rail, air, water transport.
Design of engineering systems and networks, including:
  • Systems of internal and external electric lighting, power supply up to 0.4 kV and up to 10 kV;
  • Power supply up to 35 kV, up to 110 kV and above;
  • Main oil pipelines, oil product pipelines, gas pipelines (medium and high pressure gas supply);
  • Internal heating systems (including electrical), ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, gasification (low pressure gas supply), as well as their external networks with auxiliary facilities;
  • Internal water supply systems (hot and cold water) and sewerage, as well as their external networks with auxiliary facilities;
  • Internal systems of low-voltage devices (telephony, fire and security alarms), as well as their external networks.
  • Urban design and planning, including development of:
  • Schemes of telecommunications and communications for settlements with the infrastructure facilities placement and information sources;
  • Structural design (with the right to design for the overhaul and (or) reconstruction of buildings and structures, as well as structural reinforcement for each of the following works) and construction including:
  1. Metal (steel, aluminum and alloy) structures;
  2. Concrete and reinforced-concrete, stone and reinforced masonry structures;
  3. Footings and foundations.
